CAFE REVIEW FOR WHITACRE GARDEN CENTRE
THIS GARDEN CENTRE IS NOW PERMANENTLY CLOSED
RANGE OF FOOD
There is lots to chose from food-wise at the Camellia - three main
meals including a vegetarian one, jacket potatoes, sandwiches,
baguettes, soup of the day, snacks, cakes, teas coffees and other
drinks.
QUALITY OF FOOD
The food quality is high, no doubt about it and great value for the
prices. It certainly tastes like its cooked on the premises and we
don't think you will be disappointed. Presentation is also
commendably good.
SERVICE
We received quick and efficient service with almost no queue. Much
of the food is served to your table .
DECOR AND SEATING
The decor, exposed metal and wood ceiling aside, is pleasant with
wooden table and chairs and some leather look sofas to relax in and
have a coffee or tea and cake. The whole area is kept clean and the
atmosphere is relaxed.
THE PRICES
Sample prices include main meals ranging from £6.75 to £7.75,
sandwiches from £4 to £5, soup and a roll at £4.75,
